Do I have to disclose damage?
Please disclose wear, damage, stains, odors, discoloration, repairs, alterations, and anything missing. We buy items in every condition, so a disclosed flaw just changes the number. An undisclosed one can mean a revised offer, a declined buyout, or a fee.
Is the offer I receive final?
No. Every quote is a preliminary estimate based on your photos and description, confirmed only after physical inspection and authentication. We may revise or withdraw it if the item’s authenticity, condition, completeness, or description differs from what was represented, and we may decline any submission at our discretion.
What fees could apply?
$100, non-refundable, if an item is not authentic or cannot be authenticated.
$100 if you ask for an item back after submitting it.
$70 if the item does not match your photos or description, or ships after we have declined it.
If a fee is assessed we will contact you, and you have 48 hours to respond. Fees may be deducted from any payout owed to you, and where no payout is available they must be paid before the item is returned.
Who is responsible for the item in transit?
You are, until it reaches us. Please ship with tracking and adequate insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
How and when do I get paid?
Allow up to 48 hours from arrival for inspection and authentication. Once an item passes, payment is issued via PayPal Friends & Family or Venmo Friends & Family.
